We process personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection,” Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), and other applicable legal acts. Registration on the Site, use of the chatbot, placing orders, or contacting us via any forms on the Site confirms that the User has read and agrees with this Policy.
2. Composition, Content, and Sources of Personal Data
We may process the following categories of personal data: * First name, last name, patronymic. * Company name represented by the user (if provided). * Phone number, email address. * Delivery address (if needed). * History of previous orders and communications. * Messages sent via chatbot or feedback form. * Browser data, IP address, language, cookies, session identifiers. * Audio information (when using the voice interface; not stored by us but may be processed by third-party services). * Data stored in localStorage (on the User’s device). Data is provided directly by Users or collected automatically when using the Site.

Servers and databases are located within the EU or in data centers compliant with GDPR requirements.
